Terms of sale

General terms for purchases at tigoo.com. Last updated: 15 April 2026.

The Swedish version of these terms is the legally binding version. This is an informational translation.

1. General

These terms apply to all purchases via tigoo.com operated by Nutri Nordic AB, Org.nr 559127-4286, Box 2483, 116 74 Stockholm. Contact: support@tigoo.com.

By completing a purchase you accept these terms, our privacy policy and cookie policy. You must be at least 18 years old. Prices are shown in EUR including applicable VAT for your market.

2. Products

tigoo.com sells dietary supplements, health foods and related products. They are intended as a supplement to a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. Consult a doctor before use if pregnant, breastfeeding or under medical treatment.

3. Orders

A binding contract is formed when you receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors or out-of-stock situations, in which case you receive a full refund.

4. Prices & payment

All prices include applicable VAT for your delivery country. We accept card payments, Klarna and Apple Pay where available. Payment is processed securely via Stripe.

5. Delivery

We ship to France from our Swedish warehouse via PostNord MyPack International. Standard shipping is 99 SEK flat; delivery typically takes 5–7 business days for in-stock items. Pre-ordered items may take 5–15 business days.

6. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive you have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase from the date of delivery, without giving a reason. Contact us to initiate a return. You bear the cost of return shipping. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to opened dietary supplements where the seal has been broken for hygiene reasons.

7. Complaints & warranties

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within a reasonable time. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost. Disputes may be submitted to your national consumer authority or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

8. Auto-refill

When you start an auto-refill subscription you get 5% off from the first delivery, plus bonus rewards as your deliveries add up. There is no commitment — pause, change or cancel anytime via My auto-refills. Full terms are on Auto-refill and Shipping & returns.
