What data we collect
We collect name, email, delivery address, phone number, order history, payment references and browsing behaviour on tigoo.com. We use this data to process your order, deliver your purchase, send order confirmations and offer personalised marketing (with your consent).
Legal basis
Processing is based on: (a) performance of contract — order fulfilment; (b) legal obligation — tax and accounting records; (c) legitimate interest — fraud prevention; (d) consent — marketing emails and cookies.
Retention
Order and invoice data: 7 years (accounting law). Account data: until you delete your account. Marketing consent: until withdrawn. Log data: 90 days.
Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to: access your data, correct inaccuracies, request erasure ("right to be forgotten"), data portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Submit a request via our contact form or email support@tigoo.com. We respond within 30 days.
Third parties
We share data with: Stripe (payment processing), PostNord/DHL/Budbee (delivery), Resend (email), Sentry (error monitoring), Google Analytics (anonymised usage statistics). All providers are bound by data processing agreements.
Supervisory authority
You may lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) at imy.se, or with your local data protection authority within the EU.
