Shipping cost depends on your order total — the more you order, the cheaper the shipping. Orders over 1 000 SEK ship free.

When your parcel arrives
SMS and/or email from the carrier plus an email from us with a tracking link when your parcel is ready for pickup.
Collect within 7 days. Uncollected parcels are returned automatically and may incur an additional fee.
Want to change your pickup point? Contact the carrier via their app or customer service.
Returns & right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Distance Contracts Act, counted from the day you receive the goods. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Start your return directly under My pages → Returns. Select the items to return and receive a return label.
Refund within 3–5 working days of us receiving the return — to your original payment method (card: 3–5 bank days, Swish: instant).
Exception: the right of withdrawal does not apply to hygiene products where the seal has been broken, or food/supplements where the packaging has been opened.
Subscriptions
5% discount from the second delivery — pause, change or cancel at any time, no commitment. Learn more about subscriptions.
