Subscription terms

By starting a subscription with Tigoo.com (Nutri Nordic AB, reg. no. 559127-4286) you accept the following terms. These terms supplement our general terms of purchase.

Payment & prices

  • The first delivery is charged at the time of order at the regular price.
  • Subsequent deliveries are charged automatically 5% lower than the regular price.
  • The price is based on the product's current price at the time of charging.
  • You receive an order confirmation by email with each charge.

Delivery

  • Delivery is made according to the chosen interval (7, 14, 21 or 28 days).
  • Delivery terms and shipping cost follow our shipping and returns terms.
  • You are reminded by email 3 days before the next delivery.

Changes & cancellation

  • You can pause, change the interval, skip deliveries or cancel entirely under My subscriptions.
  • There is no commitment or notice period.
  • Cancellation takes effect immediately — no further charges are made.
  • Orders already charged and shipped are handled according to the regular terms of purchase, incl. right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal under the Distance Contracts Act (14 days) applies to each individual delivery. Contact us or make a return via My returns.

How does a subscription work?
You choose a product and a delivery interval (1-4 weeks). The first delivery is made straight away with your order. After that, your card is charged automatically and a new delivery is sent according to your chosen interval.
Does it cost extra to subscribe?
No, quite the opposite! The first delivery is at the regular price and from the second delivery onwards you get a 5% discount as a thank-you for being a subscriber.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes, you can pause and resume your subscription at any time under My pages > Subscriptions. It costs nothing to pause.
Can I change the delivery interval?
Absolutely! You can switch between every week, every other week, every 3rd week and every 4th week directly from your account page.
How do I cancel a subscription?
You can cancel easily under My pages > Subscriptions. Click 'Cancel', choose a reason and confirm. No notice periods or hidden fees.
Can I skip a delivery?
Yes! If you have enough at home you can skip the next delivery with one click. Your subscription continues as usual after that.
What happens if a product runs out?
If a product is temporarily out of stock, your subscription is paused automatically. You are not charged and delivery resumes once the product is back in stock.
Which payment methods are supported?
Subscriptions support cards (Visa, Mastercard) and Swish. Your chosen payment method is charged automatically at each renewal.
Do I get a reminder before I'm charged?
Yes, you receive an email 3 days before the next delivery so you have time to pause, change or skip if you wish.
Can I have several subscriptions at the same time?
Yes, you can subscribe to as many products as you like with a different interval for each.
