As Bronze

An order that earns 500 points as Bronze gives you a discount on your next purchase.

As Gold

The same order earns 750 points as Gold = 50% more back than Bronze.

As Platinum

As Platinum it earns 1,000 points = double the discount.

Does membership cost anything?

No. The Health Club is free. All you need is an account with us.

How do you calculate points?

Your current tier determines the multiplier: Bronze 1×, Silver 1.25×, Gold 1.5×, Platinum 2×. Points are calculated on the order total after any discounts, excluding shipping.

When do I move up a tier?

Tiers are based on points earned in the last 12 months: 2,000 points = Silver, 5,000 = Gold, 10,000 = Platinum. Keep shopping and you keep your tier — pause for over a year and the rolling window resets, dropping you a tier until you earn again.

Can I use points on sale items?

Yes. Points work on everything in the range and can be combined with active campaigns and discount codes.

Do points expire?

They stay as long as you shop at least once within 12 months. After that the balance resets — but you keep your tier.

What happens if I return an item?

The points awarded for that order are automatically adjusted when the return is registered.
