Auto-refill (a recurring subscription with no commitment) terms

By starting auto-refill with Tigoo.com (Nutri Nordic AB, reg. no. 559127-4286) you accept the following terms. These terms supplement our general terms of purchase.

Payment & prices

  • The first delivery is charged at the time of order, already with a 5% auto-refill discount.
  • Every delivery is at least 5% below the regular price, and the discount can rise on later deliveries. It stacks on top of any volume (3/6-pack) discount.
  • The price is based on the product's current price at the time of charging; you always pay the lowest available price (price guarantee).
  • You receive an order confirmation by email with each charge.

Delivery

  • Delivery is made according to the chosen interval (14–180 days).
  • Delivery terms and shipping cost follow our shipping and returns terms.
  • You are reminded by email before each delivery.

Rewards, changes & cancellation

  • You can pause, change the interval, skip deliveries or cancel entirely under My auto-refills.
  • There is no commitment or notice period, and cancelling never reclaims a discount you've already received.
  • Rewards are earned for completed, non-returned deliveries: 500 bonus points after 2 deliveries and a gift to choose after 3, one per customer.
  • Orders already charged and shipped are handled according to the regular terms of purchase, incl. right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal under the Distance Contracts Act (14 days) applies to each individual delivery. Contact us or make a return via My returns.

How does auto-refill work?
You choose a product and a delivery interval (14 to 180 days). The first delivery is made straight away with your order. After that, your card is charged automatically and a new delivery is sent according to your chosen interval.
Does it cost extra to start auto-refill?
No, the opposite! You get a 5% discount from the very first delivery, and it stacks on top of any 3- or 6-pack volume discount.
What bonuses do I get?
After 2 completed deliveries you get 500 bonus points, and after 3 deliveries you can choose a free gift that's added to your next delivery. The rewards are our thank-you for staying with auto-refill.
Can I change the delivery interval?
Absolutely! You can choose an interval from 14 to 180 days and change it anytime directly from your account page.
How do I cancel an auto-refill?
You cancel easily under My pages > Auto-refill. Click 'Cancel' and confirm — no notice periods, no hidden fees, and the discount you've already received is never reclaimed.
Can I skip a delivery?
Yes! If you have enough at home you can skip the next delivery with one click. Your auto-refill continues as usual after that.
What happens if a product runs out?
If a product is temporarily out of stock, your auto-refill is paused automatically. You are not charged and delivery resumes once the product is back in stock.
Which payment methods are supported?
Auto-refill is charged to your card (Visa, Mastercard) securely via Stripe. Your card is charged automatically at each renewal.
Do I get a reminder before I'm charged?
Yes, you receive an email before the next delivery so you have time to pause, change or skip if you wish.
Can I have several auto-refills at the same time?
Yes, you can start auto-refill on as many products as you like with a different interval for each.
