📦 Shipping within the EU
We ship from Sweden to your country. Prices below are in euros (EUR), include applicable VAT for your market, and match what you see at checkout.

Standard parcel via PostNord MyPack International to pickup points or parcel lockers. Exact options and price are confirmed at checkout for your delivery address.
Free shipping may apply above the order threshold shown in your cart (converted to EUR for EU markets).
When your parcel arrives
SMS and/or email from the carrier plus an email from us with a tracking link when your parcel is ready for pickup.
Collect within 7 days. Uncollected parcels are returned automatically and may incur an additional fee.
Want to change your pickup point? Contact the carrier via their app or customer service.
Returns & right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Distance Contracts Act, counted from the day you receive the goods. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Start your return directly under My pages → Returns. Select the items to return and receive a return label.
Refund within 3–5 working days of us receiving the return — to your original payment method (card refunds typically take 3–5 bank days).
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. Return shipping is at your cost unless the product is faulty.
