How do I make a return?

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Here is how to proceed:

1. Log in and go to My Account → Returns
2. Select the order and products you wish to return
3. Choose return method (PostNord QR code, agent, or your own choice)
4. Send back the package within 14 days

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the return is approved.

Exceptions: Hygiene products with broken seals and opened supplements cannot be returned.
