Where is my package?

You can track your package in several ways:

• Via the tracking link in the email you received when the order was shipped
• Under My pages → Orders — click on "Track package"
• Directly with the carrier using your tracking number

Carriers' tracking pages:

• PostNord: postnord.se
• DHL: dhl.com
• Budbee: via the Budbee app
• Instabox: via the Instabox app

When your package is ready for collection, you will receive an SMS/email from the carrier as well as an email from us. The package will remain available for 7 days.
