7 Nutrition Natural WPI Whey Isolate

Product overview

7Nutrition Natural WPI Whey Isolate 90 is a high-quality whey protein powder for those looking for a pure protein with minimal additives. The product comes from the Polish brand 7Nutrition, known for its careful manufacturing process and focus on clean, thoughtfully formulated products for sport and health. WPI stands for Whey Protein Isolate, meaning the protein has undergone advanced filtration to remove most of the fat, lactose and carbohydrates. The result is a protein powder with over 90% protein in its raw material, providing a concentrated source of protein without unnecessary extras.

The natural flavour, called "naturalny", is subtle and mild, making the product easy to use in everything from water and milk to smoothies or baking. This makes 7Nutrition Natural WPI Whey Isolate 90 an excellent option for those looking for a protein powder without artificial flavourings or sweeteners, with a clean, neutral flavour profile that does not overpower.

Active ingredients & science

Whey protein isolate is a complete source of protein containing all the essential amino acids, which the body needs but cannot produce itself. This product is made using microfiltration and ultrafiltration, methods that effectively separate out lactose, fat and carbohydrates, resulting in a high protein content. The amino acids include branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs), particularly leucine, isoleucine and valine, which are important components of muscle protein synthesis.

Benefits & uses

• High protein concentration: With over 90% protein per serving, you get an effective source of protein with minimal fat and carbohydrates.
• Rapid absorption: Well suited for use immediately after training, when the body is receptive to nutrients.
• Neutral flavour profile: A natural, mild flavour that makes the product easy to mix with other ingredients without overpowering their taste.
• Few additives: Free from artificial sweeteners and flavourings, making it suitable for those who want to avoid unnecessary additives.
• Versatile use: Can be used as a supplement in various ways, for example in smoothies, baked goods or as a quick source of protein during the day.

Use & dosage

For the correct dosage, follow the instructions on the packaging. Whey protein can be taken at any time of day, but is particularly popular around or after training to provide protein quickly. The product can be mixed with water, milk or other liquids of your choice. For best results, it can be combined with carbohydrate-rich foods or other food supplements, depending on individual needs and goals.

Quality & manufacturing

7Nutrition is a Polish brand that places great importance on product quality and purity. Manufacturing takes place under strict quality controls and using modern processes to ensure that the product meets high standards. The product undergoes purity testing to minimise the presence of unwanted substances. The packaging is designed to preserve the product's freshness and shelf life. 7Nutrition focuses on offering food supplements that combine science with careful ingredient selection.

Who is this product suitable for?

This product is particularly suitable for active people looking for a pure protein supplement with a high protein content and low fat content. The product may be suitable to some extent for people who are sensitive to lactose, as the isolate has a low lactose content, but it is not completely lactose-free. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before use. The product contains milk protein and is therefore not suitable for people with a milk protein allergy.
