Dorian Yates Whey Complex Tempro

Product overview

Dorian Yates Whey Complex Tempro is a high-quality protein powder developed with inspiration from one of the world's most respected bodybuilders, Dorian Yates. The product comes in powder form and is supplied in a convenient 1000-gram tub, ideal for anyone looking for a protein powder with multiple protein sources in one product. DY Nutrition, the brand behind the product, was founded on a clear philosophy: to offer nutritional products grounded in proven knowledge and extensive experience at the elite level of training and sport. Whey Complex Tempro is designed to provide a balanced, sustained supply of protein, making it suitable for use before, during or after training, depending on your needs throughout the day.

Active ingredients & science

The product is based on a combination of whey protein concentrate and whey protein isolate, two of the most studied forms of whey protein. Whey protein concentrate contains a broad amino acid profile and is absorbed quickly, making it an effective choice for rapidly supplying protein to the muscles. Whey protein isolate is a more purified form with a high protein content and low levels of fat and lactose, which may suit those who are sensitive or want a purer protein source.

Benefits & uses

• Provides a combined protein source with both fast- and slower-absorbing whey protein.
• Suitable for those who train regularly and want to optimise their protein intake throughout the day.
• Can be used as a nutritious supplement before, during or after training, depending on personal goals.
• Also suitable when you need a convenient, readily available protein on the go or as a snack.

Use & dosage

The recommended serving is one scoop (approximately 30 grams) mixed with 2-3 dl of water or milk, depending on taste and desired consistency. For best results, the product can be taken immediately after training to supply protein to the muscles quickly, but it works just as well as a supplement during the day or before training. Those who want to increase their protein intake further can combine the product with other nutritional supplements, such as carbohydrates or amino acids, as needed. Shake or stir well for an even mixture.

Quality & manufacturing

Dorian Yates products are manufactured under strict quality controls in modern facilities that comply with high food safety standards. Whey Complex Tempro undergoes rigorous testing for purity and contents, including checks of protein content and the absence of unwanted additives. The packaging is airtight to preserve the product's freshness and nutritional content throughout its shelf life. DY Nutrition places great importance on transparency and reliability, reflected in the product's clean formulation and clear ingredient list.

Who is this product suitable for?
