DESCRIPTION
The lymphatic system is a network of delicate channels throughout the body. It drains fluid (called lymph) that has leaked from blood vessels into tissues and returns it to the bloodstream through lymph nodes.

• Cleavers — A common herb belonging to the bedstraw family. It often grows in parks, gardens, thickets, forests, by roadsides, and in fields. It is a climbing plant that can grow up to a metre tall. It contributes to cleansing the body by maintaining healthy lymphatic flow.
• Horse chestnut — A tree native to the Balkan Peninsula, now widely distributed throughout Europe. The main active substance in horse chestnut seed extract is aescin, a mixture of saponins. It has, among other effects, a supportive action in maintaining healthy venous circulation in the legs.
• Ginger — A tropical plant covering the area of Southeast Asia, from India to eastern China and New Guinea. Its properties have been known for 2000 years. Regular supplementation with ginger has antioxidant effects and supports the immune system.

• Common nettle — A plant whose most characteristic feature is the hairs filled with formic acid on its leaves and stem — which cause skin irritation when touched, commonly described as nettle "sting". It is valued, among other things, for its supportive effect on venous circulation.

INGREDIENTS
Extract of cleavers herb (Galium aparine) 20:1, extract of butcher's broom bark (Ruscus aculeatus) standardised to contain min. 5% ruscogenins, extract of horse chestnut fruit (Aesculus hippocastanum) standardised to contain min. 40% aescin, extract of common nettle herb (Urtica dioica) 20:1, extract of ginger rhizome (Zingiber officinale) 10:1, plant cellulose (vegetarian).

• Cleavers – extract 20:1 - 130 mg
• Butcher's broom – extract - 100 mg, including:
- ruscogenins (5%) - 5 mg
• Horse chestnut – extract - 70 mg, including:
- aescin (20%) - 14 mg
• Common nettle – extract 20:1 - 40 mg
• Ginger - extract 10:1 - 40 mg

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Dosage: 1 capsule daily. Swallow the capsule and drink plenty of water after the first meal.
