Allnutrition Pro+ Casein

Product Overview

Allnutrition Pro+ Casein is a high-quality casein protein powder that provides a slow and steady release of protein over several hours. The product comes in a convenient 1000-gram package, which lasts for many servings and is suitable for both home and gym use. Allnutrition is an established brand in sports and health supplements, focusing on developing products with good taste, high purity, and effectiveness, always with a clear quality profile. Their philosophy is based on combining thorough research with natural raw materials to meet the needs of both exercisers and athletes.

Casein protein is especially valued for its ability to release amino acids slowly, making it an excellent choice for those who want a stable protein supply over longer periods – for example, overnight or between meals. Therefore, Allnutrition Pro+ Casein is a popular choice among fitness enthusiasts who want to optimise muscle recovery and nutritional balance.

Active Ingredients & Science

The central ingredient in the product is casein protein, a milk-based protein fraction derived from cow's milk. Casein is known for its micro-structured gel-forming ability in the stomach, which slows down digestion and provides a slow and steady release of amino acids for up to eight hours. It is a complete protein containing all essential amino acids, including the branched-chain amino acids (BCAA) leucine, isoleucine, and valine. These amino acids are important building blocks for the body's protein synthesis. The slow absorption of casein makes it particularly useful for maintaining a stable amino acid level over extended periods.

Benefits & Uses

• Provides a slow and stable release of protein that lasts for several hours.
• Suitable as an evening protein to supply amino acids during the night.
• Can be used between meals to reduce muscle breakdown during longer fasting periods.
• Suitable for fitness enthusiasts, athletes, and anyone looking to supplement their protein intake with a high-quality source.

Usage & Dosage

The recommended dosage is approximately 30 grams of powder, equivalent to one scoop, mixed with 200–300 ml of water or your preferred beverage. It can be used as an evening snack before bed or as a nutritious supplement between meals. For best results, dissolve the powder thoroughly, and it can also be mixed with milk for a creamier texture. The product can be combined with faster-absorbing protein sources such as whey protein after training to cover both immediate and long-term amino acid needs.

Quality & Manufacturing

Allnutrition Pro+ Casein is manufactured according to high-quality standards and undergoes rigorous checks for purity and safety. Production takes place in modern facilities with a focus on hygiene and sustainability. Allnutrition continuously works to ensure that raw materials are of the highest quality and that the product is free from unnecessary additives. The packaging is airtight to preserve the product's freshness and nutritional value throughout its shelf life.
