Alpha Designs BEAST Liquid Chalk

Product overview

Alpha Designs BEAST Liquid Chalk is a liquid magnesium preparation for the hands, designed for situations where a firm grip is important. It can be used for activities such as strength training and climbing, or other exercises where your hands come into contact with equipment or surfaces. The product dries quickly and forms an even layer over the palms and fingers. The 50 ml pack is convenient to carry in your gym bag, keeping it close at hand when it is time to train.

Alpha Designs is the brand behind the product. The available product information describes BEAST Liquid Chalk as a practical training aid focused on application, drying time and grip. No further information about the brand’s history or manufacturing philosophy is provided, so we will stick to what is actually known: a portable product intended for use before activities where grip matters. Its liquid consistency sets it apart from loose chalk and makes it possible to spread a thin layer directly onto the hands.

This is not a dietary supplement to be consumed, but a product for external use on the hands. It is therefore an option for those who want to prepare their grip without handling loose chalk during a training session. Always read the instructions on the packaging and follow them when using the product.

Active ingredients & science

The product information describes BEAST Liquid Chalk as liquid magnesium, but the source material does not include a complete ingredient list or specify the chemical form. It is therefore not possible to state which magnesium compound is used, its concentration or how it compares with other forms of magnesium. There is also no information about bioavailability. As the product is intended for application to the hands, the focus is primarily on its practical properties during use – that it dries quickly and leaves an even layer.

Magnesium is mentioned here as part of the product description for liquid chalk, not as a nutrient to be consumed. Use the product according to the instructions on the packaging. For more details about the contents and any precautions, check the label, as the ingredient summary contains no further specifications.

Benefits & uses

BEAST Liquid Chalk is intended for training sessions where contact between the hands and equipment is central. It may be a practical choice if you want to apply a thin, even layer before a working set or a climbing session. The product is particularly suitable when you want an alternative to loose chalk and appreciate a small pack that is easy to carry.

• Strength training: use before exercises where a secure grip is important, for example when holding a barbell or other training equipment.
• Climbing: an option to take along for sessions where your hands are used on holds and walls, provided chalk is permitted at the venue.
• Quick preparation: the liquid formula can be spread over the palms and fingers and allowed to dry before you start training.
• Training on the go: the 50 ml size makes it easy to put in your gym bag or training pack.
• For those who prefer an even layer: the product description highlights that it dries quickly and leaves an even layer on the hands.

It may be relevant for both regular exercisers and people who only occasionally do exercises where grip is a priority. Bear in mind that needs vary between activities and training venues. Always check whether liquid chalk is permitted and whether there are any specific rules for equipment or cleaning.

Directions & dosage

Apply a small amount to your hands before training and spread it over your palms and fingers. Allow the product to dry before starting your exercise.

Use the product before the training activity for which you want it on your hands. There is no stated connection with meals or recommendation for consumption, as this is a product for external use. There is also no information indicating that it needs to be combined with other products. If you use several grip products, follow the label for each and avoid mixing them on the skin unless the instructions expressly allow it. Wash your hands after your training session as needed and in accordance with the product packaging instructions.

Quality & manufacturing

The available information states the brand, product volume and intended use, but does not specify the country of manufacture, production standards, certifications or laboratory testing. We therefore cannot make claims about specific quality controls, purity testing or sustainability labels. The product packaging and any information from the manufacturer are the best sources for such details.

What is clear is that the product is designed for easy application before training and comes in a 50 ml pack intended to be convenient to carry. Store it in a cool, dry place, tightly closed and out of reach of children, according to the product information. Close the pack securely after use and check the label for any further advice on storage, shelf life and handling.
