Active ingredients & science

The active ingredient in Nutrend - Glutamine is L-glutamine, an amino acid that occurs naturally in the body and plays an important role in protein metabolism. The free L-form is considered to have high bioavailability, meaning it is absorbed efficiently by the body compared with other forms. L-glutamine is produced by fermenting plant-based raw materials, resulting in a pure, plant-based product without unnecessary additives.

L-glutamine can be mixed with water, juice or other drinks of your choice. For best results, the product can be combined with other supplements, such as protein powder or electrolytes, depending on your personal needs and training goals.
