Applied Nutrition Protein Shot Whey + Collagen

Product overview

Applied Nutrition Protein Shot Whey + Collagen is a convenient, ready-to-use liquid protein product that combines two important protein sources—whey protein and collagen—in a practical 60 ml shot. Applied Nutrition is an established sports nutrition brand, known for its scientifically based, quality-controlled products. Protein Shot Whey + Collagen is a quick and easy way to provide your body with high-quality protein at any time of day.

Active ingredients & science

This product combines microfiltered whey protein, known for its high bioavailability and rapid absorption by the body, with hydrolysed collagen. Whey protein is complete and contains all essential amino acids, including branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs), which are important for protein synthesis after exercise.

Benefits & uses

• Convenient and ready to drink—ideal as a quick supplement after exercise or when you are on the go.
• Suitable both for those who exercise regularly and want to ensure a good protein intake, and for those who want to support skin and connective tissue health.
• Small packaging that is easy to carry in your gym bag, to work or when travelling.
• Easier to fit into your daily routine than traditional protein powders—no shaker or mixing required.

Use & dosage

The recommended dose is one shot (60 ml) per day. The product can be taken at any time of day, but is particularly suitable immediately after exercise to provide protein quickly. Drink it as it is; no additional mixing is needed. For best results, combine it with a balanced diet and, if appropriate, other supplements as needed. Do not exceed the recommended dose. The product can be used alongside meals or as a quick nutritional supplement between meals.

Quality & manufacturing

Applied Nutrition places great importance on quality and safety at every stage. Protein Shot Whey + Collagen is manufactured to high standards, with a focus on purity and traceability. The whey protein is microfiltered to preserve its natural nutrients and minimise unwanted substances. The collagen is hydrolysed to facilitate absorption by the body. Production takes place in controlled environments, and the product undergoes regular testing to ensure high quality. The packaging is designed to preserve the product's freshness and is easy to open and reseal.

Who is this product suitable for?

This protein shot is a good choice for active people looking for a simple way to get both whey protein and collagen, whether you exercise recreationally, do strength training or simply want to supplement your daily diet with extra protein. It may also suit those interested in skin care and joint health who want a combined solution. The product is not suitable for people with a milk protein allergy or lactose intolerance unless advised by a healthcare professional. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before use. The product contains no added sweeteners or unnecessary additives, making it suitable for most diets.
