Active Ingredients & Science
Vapor X5 contains several key ingredients well-known in the field of workout support. Beta-alanine, an amino acid in the form of carboxyaminopropionic acid, is included to support endurance by helping buffer lactic acid in muscles during intense activity. The flavouring with citric and malic acid gives the product its fresh and appealing taste profile.

Usage & Dosage
The recommended dose is one scoop (approx. 8.4 grams) dissolved in 200-300 ml of water, taken 20-30 minutes before training. The product can be taken on an empty stomach for rapid effect or with a light meal if you want to reduce caffeine’s impact on the stomach. For best results, do not exceed the recommended dose. Vapor X5 can be combined with protein powders and other supplements such as BCAA or creatine, depending on your training goals and needs.
